This book focuses on machines and devices installed on canal boats. I describe and illustrate the items in a practical and accessible way. The content is based on my own experience, having lived on boats for many years. This book is for an audience interested in books and art as well as boats. The text is mono-spaced, aligned to a grid and reads at times horizontally at other times vertically. Faux Japanese stitching.
